1.Go to Lighthouse Beacon and pickup Enchanted Feather Pin.
2.Go to stage and find the little flashing feather at the drain thing.Walk up to it and bridge will come out.
3.Cross bridge and walk to the little bump.Something should come out with a background on it.
4.Click yes to get the background.
5.Wear the background happily.
